Prints are available in a variety of sizes. A list of available sizes and prices for a print should appear on the listing page. If you need a custom size that is not listed, please reach out via email.
Frames are included in some photos for staging purposes only. We do not sell frames at this time.
Hand lettered art is printed on 110lb cardstock. Maps are sourced through Paper Source.
5×7 and 8×10 prints are protected by an acid-free cello mailing sleeve and backing board, and are shipped in a bubble mailer.
Maps are rolled and shipped in a poster tube.
12×12 prints are protected by a plastic photo sleeve and 4 pieces of sturdy chipboard in a plastic mailing sleeve.
Rush orders are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me for special requests such as this.
Turnaround time varies by product. Standard size prints ship 3-5 days from receipt of payment. Maps and custom orders ship within 1-2 weeks from receipt of payment. Envelope addressing and chalkboards vary based on quantity and complexity; a turnaround time will be given through initial communication via email for such orders.
I will gladly replace any package not delivered in perfect condition. If your package arrived damaged, please send photos of the packaging and the print(s) via email within 3 days of receipt so that I can send out a replacement right away.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Custom orders, maps, and university prints are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. All other items can be returned or exchanged. The original shipping charge is generally nonrefundable except in special cases. Please try to package and send returns safely so that they arrive in their original condition.
If any order is delivered damaged, please let us know within a week of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging via email. We will send a replacement right away.
A package can be considered “lost” after 4 weeks and at that time we will refund or replace any package which was not received ONLY if the tracking on the order confirms that the item was not delivered.
